2Account Registration and Management

In cases of confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be withheld.

Players wishing to close their own account may do so by contacting 6six6 support at any time. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on the 6six6 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. 6six6 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the name of the 6six6 account holder.

6six6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction, including but not limited to proof of source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in funds being held pending resolution.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6six6 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict arises between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. • Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing hedging bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with fair play — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements on winnings generated from free spins. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

Deposit bonuses, match bonuses, and cashback credits will be added to the player's bonus balance, which is separate from the real-money balance. Winnings from bonus play that exceed the applicable cap (where stated) will be reduced to the cap amount upon withdrawal. 5Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6six6 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion with other players, use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities, structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds, or using the 6six6 platform as a vehicle to convert illegal proceeds into apparently legitimate funds.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known software error or glitch will be voided, and the platform reserves the right to reverse the relevant transactions.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory towards 6six6 staff or other players, whether communicated through the platform's chat features, support channels, or any other means.

6six6 employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 6six6 reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the account, freeze any balance pending investigation, void bets and transactions made during the period of suspected prohibited activity, and permanently close the account where prohibited conduct is confirmed. Any decision taken by 6six6 under this clause is final and binding.

6Responsible Gaming Policy

• Session and cooling-off controls: Players may set session time reminders or request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. The 6six6 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered trademarks of 6six6. Unauthorised use of any 6six6 trademark, trade name, or brand element — including in any domain name, social media handle, promotional material, or user-generated content — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6six6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if 6six6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6six6 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uptime and shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. This includes temporary unavailability of payment processing services operated by third-party providers such as bKash and Nagad.

9Amendments to These Terms

6six6 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notification on the platform, by email to the address registered on your account, or by both methods. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

We recommend that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the date on which the most recent version of the Terms took effect. All previous versions of the Terms are superseded by the current version as of the Last Updated date.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall in the first instance be referred to 6six6's customer support team for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits 6six6's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent prohibited conduct.
